The CW has unveiled new photos from upcoming episodes of “Supergirl” and included the first shot of Chris Wood’s Mon-El in his red comic book costume. The outfit makes its debut in the fifteenth episode of the season – “In Search of Lost Time”. The episode itself airs April 23rd, the week after the series returns from its mid-season hiatus next week. [Source: ScreenRant]

Alexa & Katie
Just weeks after its first season launch, Netflix has ordered a second season of its tween sitcom “Alexa & Katie” starring Paris Berelc and Isabel May. Heather Wordham created and serves as showrunner for the second season, replacing Matthew Carlson.

The story follows two lifelong best friends who are eagerly anticipating the start of their freshman year of high school. Despite the fact that Alexa is undergoing cancer treatment, her outgoing personality and enthusiasm for life never falter. Tiffani Thiessen, Emery Kelly, Eddie Shin, Jolie Jenkins and Finn Carr co-star. [Source: Netflix]

O’Lucky Day
Peter Dinklage is in negotiations to star and Jon S. Baird (“Filth”) has closed a deal to direct the comedy “O’Lucky Day” for Legendary Entertainment. Dinklage and David Ginsberg would produce from a script by Andrew Dodge. The story follows a career con man who poses as a leprechaun in an elaborate scheme of vengeance. [Source: Variety]

Alice Isn’t Dead
“Mr. Robot” creator Kyle Bradstreet is set to write and executive produce a TV series adaptation of the podcast and Joseph Fink’s upcoming novel “Alice Isn’t Dead” which is currently in development at USA Network and Universal Cable Productions.

The story follows a truck driver searching across America for the wife she had long assumed was dead. In the course of her search, Keisha encounters not-quite-human serial killers, towns literally lost in time, and a conspiracy that goes way beyond one missing woman. [Source: Deadline]

American Gods
Starz’s “American Gods” has undergone some major behind-the-scenes changes since the first season and now with the second about to begin production, photo of much of the key cast reuniting has gone online via Technical Boy himself actor Bruce Langley.

Jesse Alexander is serving as showrunner on the second seas, replacing the departed Bryan Fuller and Michael Green. Omid Abtahi, Mousa Kraish, Orlando Jones, Yetide Betaki, Ricky Whittle, Emily Browning, and Pablo Schreiber can all be seen in the shot, but Ian McShane is notably absent (though is expected to return).
