A bunch of small updates have come in regarding many of the DC Comics-inspired connected universe films either in production or serious development.

First up, it looks as though Jason Momoa’s Aquaman character in his upcoming James Wan-directed solo movie will be potentially getting a comics accurate costume. According to The Aquaman Shrine, they recently attended a Warner Bros. licensing event and saw a costume for the movie “exactly” like the look in the comics today.

Next, filmmaker Chris McKay (“The LEGO Batman Movie”) has offered a brief update on the current status of the Batman spin-off “Nightwing”. He says on Twitter: “Nightwing script expected very soon. Working on rip-o-matic to show studio. This is going to be a LONG process. So don’t expect casting news any time soon. We are taking our time. Expect big things from DC, Geoff Johns and WB team! Exciting year ahead!!”

Next, Omega Underground has revealed that the working title for the “Wonder Woman” sequel is “Magic Hour” and it is aiming to begin filming this summer (expected sometime in June) and eyeing a return to the stages of Warner Bros. Studios UK.

Finally, a fan using the controversial DeepFake software has shown that – for a tiny fraction of the price it cost the studio – they can digitally remove Henry Cavill’s moustache with the result showcasing similar quality to that of its appearance in the film. Check out a comparison video below:
